The buyer may exchange any garment purchased at www.en.weiunderwear.com if they do not like it or change the size, except for the panties *For hygiene purposes, WEI S.A.S does not accept changes or returns of these pieces.
To request a change, the buyer must contact our customer service department through the WhatsApp line (+57 3122886162) or the email,
firstname.lastname@example.org reporting their case.
These items must be in perfect condition, with the tags and labels still attached and in their original packaging.
Changes can be made within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Once the customer service department gives a response, the buyer must send the garments to the WEI SAS headquarters (The buyer assumes this shipping cost) while the shipping costs associated with the delivery of the new product will be assumed by WEI SAS , as long as it is a purchase made in Colombia. For international purchases, the buyer must carry the shipping costs associated with the return of the new merchandise.
In case of a manufacturing defect, the buyer must notify his case to the WhatsApp line (+57 3122886162) or the email, email@example.com, and the WEI S.A.S production team will evaluate the case to give the corresponding solution. WEI S.A.S. reserves the right to exchange when the defect is not due to improper use and/or care of the garments.
If there is a manufacturing problem, WEI S.A.S will send the same garment again to the buyer. If there is no stock, it will send a new garment depending on the availability of inventory and the taste of the buyer.
